How it Works
Our strategy, design and content process is intentional with a clear timeline for project completion and clearly outlined work days.
Planning: We’ll have an hour-long Strategy Session where we’ll help you get clear on your brand strategy, your niche, and/or your website goals—whatever your project calls for to get started on the right foot.
Content: You’ll have an hour-long Content Strategy Session to discuss content for your website. Depending on your package, we will either edit the content you provide us or write it for you.
Development: Web design takes place during 2 Work Days. You’ll choose them when booking to make sure you are available for feedback during those days.
Launch & Learn: Once the site is ready to launch, you’ll get a 40-minute follow-up call, relevant video tutorials, and 30 days of email support.

Do you provide hosting?
We host all client websites! Your first year of hosting is included. We provide this service so you get the best support on a server configured especially for fast and secure WordPress websites. A support team is available to us 24/7 to assist with troubleshooting.
I already have hosting, can I stay with them?
To mantain the integrity and quality of our sites, we only build and maintain websites hosted by us.
We have partnered with a top WordPress only hosting company that offers the best service, hardware, performance and security features are backing up your site.
We will migrate any site hosted on a different platform to our server.
Am I locked into a contract? What if I want to cancel my hosting plan with Bravo21?
You are not locked into a contract for hosting. As a new client, your first year of hosting is free. After that first year, you pay for an additional year (or multiple years if you’d like). This fee is non-refundable once it is paid but your annual hosting will not be renewed.
Your website will always be 100% yours. Should you ever wish to host it elsewhere, the website is yours do with and move as you wish.
You may cancel hosting services with Bravo21 at any time. Submit your request to cancel via email to ivy@bravo21.org.
You have two options after cancellation of hosting with Bravo21:
Option 1: Keep your website on the platform and self-manage your website at the Stay on the platform and self-manage at their current cost of service.
Option 2: Move your Migrate away from the platform. You will be responsible for either migrating the site yourself or hiring a developer to migrate the site to a new hosting platform.
Will my website look good on mobile?
Absolutely, yes! Responsive design is imperative for your website strategy and user experience. Your website will look good on desktop computers, iPads and tablets and mobile phones of all sizes.
Will my website show up in search engines? Do you provide SEO?
Absolutely, yes! Search Engine Optimization and analytics are imperative for your website strategy.
We provide basic SEO setup by page mapping for link tree search page display and we then submit that to Google for SEO. Also, we set up a report for you on Google Analytics so you can see page views, etc.
If you’re specifically looking to get on page 1 of Google or if you want to use Ad Words, we have an SEO specialist that will come up with a comprehensive SEO package to get you the SEO restults you’re after.
How long will it take to build my website?
Your workdays will be scheduled over a period of 3 weeks to allow you time to complete the pre-work. During those 3 weeks we will complete our strategy session together. Once you complete your last work day, your website will be built within 14 days.
When can we start?
You will receive an estimate with the full cost of the project. Once you accept the estimate and make a 60% deposit, we will get started!
Can I hire you hourly? What is your hourly rate?
You can book a specialist for an entire day or for half a day, but not by the hour.
How do payments work?
We require a 60% deposit to get started and the remaining 40% before your website goes live. You’ll have the option to pay with a debit card or credit card right from the invoice.
