
Art & Mindfulness
For ages 8-13. There is another class available for artists ages 14-17. Your art coach will lead artists through mindfulness breathing, a mindfulness activity and an art project inspired by the activity. Just few minutes a day of mindful art journaling can lower anxiety, improve mood, give a feeling of accomplishment, and so much more.
